Over a 3 year period the data demonstrated excellent rates of progress. Reading, Writing, Number, Shape space and measure and Using and Applying have all made significant average level increases of nearly 3 levels. Oracy targets are lower in comparison due to a percentage of our pupils having complex needs and communication difficulties. This is in line with data from other special schools and rate of progress.

The graph above demonstrates progress in Welsh across the school. The Spanish software package has been used to initially help support this. We have recently written a welsh assessment package that has just been released by B Squared that we will be able to put in the data pack this time next year. This has been developed by Greenfield staff to ensure that there is assessment suitable to track the progress of Welsh within the school.

The data demonstrates excellent progress in Welsh with whole school overall gains of nearly 3 levels.
